The Octagonal shaped seat was at the reception area of the store. It was used on a daily basis for clients and their children to sit and play on. It proved itself to be extremely durable.

The feature seat wraps itself round a 1.2m plant pot that contains a decorative tree. The rendered seat was covered in mosaic tile to finish this elaborate piece.

Disguised Girder Supports in Frank's Furniture Retail Outlet
We encased the girders in polystyrene foam which was then rendered. This solved the problem of creating a small diameter circular column, which proved impossible using traditional materials.

Horseware Ireland horse blanket display stand
Horseware Ireland produce mini rugs to imitate their extensive range. We produced a lightweight polystyrene form to allow them to display the design features on their rugs.
Stained glass dome produced using a custom styrofoam former

Contemporary garden design elements
Arched wall segments with an angular water feature were CNC cut from blocks of expanded polystyrene foam (EPS). The shapes were given a rendered finish for strength and durability.

4m long roll inserts were produced to reduce stock levels in the retail branches and to enable centralised warehouse distribution.
